Lisa Brenner Dills began her property management career in 1982 working for oil &gas entrepreneur Lloyd Dalton to manage his developing multi-family real estate investments in Ohio, Indiana and Florida. In 1986 she entered the condominium management industry for well-known developer Epcon Communities. During her years with that company she gained extensive knowledge of Association development, construction and the start-up and operation of new communities. She assisted many Associations in developing realistic budgets, rules and architectural guidelines. Lisa obtained her Real Estate License in 1988 and averaged annual condominium sales of over $1.5 million. In 1999 she joined Rickert Property Management and firmly established her management reputation in the Central Ohio area. Lisa earned her Broker’s License in 2005. She is continuing her Association Management education through membership in the Community Associations Institute and Institute of Real Estate Management.

Timothy James began his management career in 1993, working for T & R Properties in Columbus. He was soon offered an opportunity to work for a new multi-family condominium developer and by 1998 was managing over 1300 units and a staff of six. During that time he created computer databases and management programs to streamline the company’s processes. When his technological expertise and interpersonal skills were recognized, the company promoted him to work in their financing branch as a mortgage specialist. For the past15 years, Tim has maintained his own remodeling company, working in his spare time on home improvements throughout Columbus, and has developed a vast knowledge of construction. He is very environmentally conscious - his ambition is to create earth-friendly processes for construction and development while promoting urban renewal. Tim and his wife Lisa have a one-year old son, Wesley.
